ROAR organic jackfruit are picked when young for ideal texture from a Sri Lankan certified organic orchard. They are then washed, peeled, cored, cut into pieces, blanched and blended with coconut milk and spices and slow cooked and pasteurised and packed into sterilized pouches (that are soft plastic recylable if washed). This product is made with 100% non GMO, natural and preservative free ingredients.
