Shipping

New Zealand

Shipping is $5.99 New Zealand wide and are free for orders over $50 (excluding the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island and Waiheke Island – extra costs are required). ROAR also maintains the right to charge extra shipping fees at their discretion but will not do so without contacting the customer prior to adding any extra fees.

PO box addresses cannot be accepted in all ases unfortunately. But we can sometimes arrange for a parcel to be sent via NZ Post if this is possible. In most cases rural delivery addresses will not incur extra fees and as above ROAR will contact the customer prior to charging any extra fees that may apply. For Islands off mainland New Zealand the following extra fees apply on top of either the New Zealand wide rate or free shipping rate if this applies to the individual order.

Waiheke Island – $34.99 or free shipping on orders over $175.

Orders are sent out on the next available courier. Generally speaking orders received in the morning will be sent out the same day for next day delivery to Auckland metro areas, overnight delivery to the North Island and 2 day delivery to the South Island. But for varying reasons orders generally will arrive within 5 business working days.

This excludes rural areas which can take an additional 3-5 business working days depending on your local rural delivery cycle run.

Australia

Shipping to Australia is $24.99 NZD Australia-wide. Expect orders to take approximately 10 working days to arrive, but can arrive within 3 days all going well (add more if you are not in a metro area or are not on situated not the Eastern seaboard).

Bulk Discounts

On our web store roarfood.co.nz we offer 10% discounts for purchasing of outer quantities. If you click through to any product page it will clearly state whether an outer discount applies to that product and each product may have a different outer size (that may change at our discretion).

This outer discount may not apply in all cases where the product in question is on special or if you are using a coupon code. However, there will be some cases where the outer discount will apply on top of product specials and coupon discounts and will be decided upon on an individual basis at ROAR’s sole discretion.

T’s & C’s – Online Refund & Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an order or product that was purchased through our online webstore we will be happy to give you a replacement (or equivalent value replacement) if the complaint is made within 14 days of placing your order or within 7 days of receiving your order – whichever is the sooner.

If the reason you are unhappy with your order or product meets the criteria under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 i.e. there is a quality issue, mistake or delivery problem etc, then we will also happily cover the shipping costs involved in dealing with the issue or issue a refund to you.

If your reason of dissatisfaction falls outside of the scope of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 i.e. you change your mind or have an issue that is not due to a quality problem or mistake with your order, we will be happy discuss your issue and try and resolve anything that is raised. If this involves a replacement or refund (which will be issued at our own discretion) then it may not not include the shipping portion of the order.

We ask that any complaints be raised within 14 days of either placing your order or within 7 day of receiving your order (in cases where your order has been delivered). Any damaged deliveries MUST be notified to us upon delivery of the goods or within 7 days at the lastest as this is the requirement of our courier delivery partners for delivery issues to be raised with them. Complaints made outside of this timeframe will be considered upon their individual merits.
