Goji Berries are grown in the mountainous regions of China (including Tibet). They are harvested as delicate red berries and then dehydrated at low temperatures.
Goji berries are packed full of anti-oxidants and vitamin C. They are an ancient Chinese ingredient that is believed to both increase youthfulness and longevity. They rank very highly on the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scale which means that they have high levels of anti-ageing and health promoting anti-oxidants.
