These fudgy, nut-free bliss balls take just a few minutes to mix together without the need of a food processor. Armed with merely a saucepan, spoon and sieve, you can be turning out these decadent treats in moments! Coconut butter and tahini give these energy balls a smooth mouthfeel; with the addition of cacao powder and coconut nectar they are truffle-licious.
Chocolate Tahini Bliss Balls
- 60g Creamed Coconut Butter
- 40g tahini
- 2 tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cold coffee
- 3 tbsp ROAR Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour (for dusting)
In a saucepan on very low heat, melt the coconut butter and tahini together. While mixture is still warm, stir in coconut blossom nectar, vanilla and coffee. Using a sieve, add in cacao powder and coconut milk powder. Mix well to get a smooth consistency. Place in refrigerator or freezer for about half an hour to firm up the mixture. Roll into balls and dust with sieved coconut flour.
