Chocolate Tahini Bliss Balls
In a saucepan on very low heat, melt the coconut butter and tahini together. While mixture is still warm, stir in coconut blossom nectar, vanilla and coffee. Using a sieve, add in cacao powder and coconut milk powder. Mix well to get a smooth consistency. Place in refrigerator or freezer for about half an hour to firm up the mixture. Roll into balls and dust with sieved coconut flour.
